HOW DO YOU NOTIFY US?
Write to us at info@ea-tradingbv.com notifying the alleged Intellectual Property infringement and declare that all statements made by you are true and correct with details of trademark and/or copyright infringement. You acknowledge that for any third-party claims arising from any wrongful allegation made by you, you shall be solely responsible to indemnify EA-Trading BV and its group companies against any loss, damage that may arise in connection with such claims. Provide a description of the infringing product/work with identification, along with a particular of the link where the product or work is listed. For effective closure of the infringement we may share your Notice to third parties including the parties involved in the allegedly infringing activities, our group companies, our advisors, and other third parties;
If the event details are not supplied as required, EA-Trading BV may not be able to assist you and disclaims any liability arising therefrom. You must provide your address, email ID, and telephone/mobile number.
