Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Some items, such as Fresh food, frozen items, perishable goods, opened health or safety products; face masks, thermometers, or medical devices etc., are non-returnable.

- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.
- Shipping the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly sent.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchange Option: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement once we receive the returned product.
- Partial Refunds: Items returned in a used or damaged condition may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Final Sale Items
Certain products, such as custom orders, downloadable items, and clearance goods, cannot be returned or refunded.
